Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United Kingdom (UK)
At this time, we do not offer shipping to any other countries. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage in the near future.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: £2.99 via Royal Mail, arriving within 3-5 days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: £5.99 via Royal Mail, arriving within 1-2 days after dispatch.
- Orders over £30 in the UK are shipped free.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order via Royal Mail’s website or the tracking link provided in your email.
- If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours, please contact us.
Undeliverable & Lost Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier first. If unresolved, contact our support team for assistance.
Customs & Import Fees
- US customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not covered by us.
- Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
