Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following countries:

• United Kingdom (UK)

At this time, we do not offer shipping to any other countries. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage in the near future.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: £2.99 via Royal Mail, arriving within 3-5 days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: £5.99 via Royal Mail, arriving within 1-2 days after dispatch.
• Orders over £30 in the UK are shipped free.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order via Royal Mail’s website or the tracking link provided in your email.
• If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours, please contact us.
  

Undeliverable & Lost Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier first. If unresolved, contact our support team for assistance.

Customs & Import Fees

• US customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not covered by us.
• Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
